Spa Policies

24-hours cancellation policy.

Please promptly notify us of a conflict, so that we can open up your appointment time to other clients.

Reservations are subject to a 50% service charge if they are not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time of service. Reservations are subject to 100% of service charge if they are not cancelled within 6 hours of your scheduled time. There is no charge if the appointments are cancelled within more than 24 hours of scheduled service.

Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before your appointment time! Late arrivals will complete their treatment at the time originally scheduled.

Rates do not include gratuity. In appreciation of outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Help us to promote a relaxing environment! To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we ask our clients to maintain a quiet level of conversation, to turn off cell phones and to refrain from bringing children into the spa areas unless they are receiving special treatments.

Age Policy 

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatments.

Group reservations 

A credit card number is required for group reservations. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for parties of 3 or more clients. These reservations are subject to a 50 % service charge if they are not cancelled 48 hours prior to time of service. There is no charge if the appointments are cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled service.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. They are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gifts Certificates are redeemable at the monetary value of the service at the time of purchase.

Series Packages Policy 

All spa treatments are available in special packages, excluding gift certificate purchases. Series are honored at the price per service at the time of purchase. Each service in a series is redeemable only by the original purchaser.

Spa Package Policy 

Spa packages are priced for single day use. Not all treatments are suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to modify treatments if necessary. A credit card number or a gift certificate number is required for a day package reservation. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations are subject to a 50% service charge if they are not cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled time of service. There is no charge if the appointments are cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Return Policy 

Unused merchandise and services may be returned within 10 days for store credit only.

Refuse of services 

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone. Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.
